Concept to Creation

Estimation

A project enquiry is received from an existing or new client/designer. A consultation between Allicient Built Developments and the client is held to discuss the scope of the project and deliverable’s.

The project is costed by Allicient Built Developments. Once costs are determined, a project proposal is prepared and issued to the client for consideration and approval.

Should we be successful in being appointed Allicient Built Developments prepare a building contract to be issued and signed by the client. 

Planning and Construction

A project commencement date is determined with the client. All elements within the build are ordered, from sub contractor services to materials, these orders are tracked daily to ensure all parts are received as and when required.

Site meetings are held on a weekly basis, whereby the clients representative attends, along with our management team and all other sub contractors to ensure progression of the build is in line with the programme at the same time addressing any on site matters. 

Handover and Final Account

Towards the end of the construction stage, a meeting takes place on site, where the site is fully inspected, and defects list is prepared. This is the final list of defects to attend to prior to the practical completion of the project. This stage includes checking off any completed defects and agreed actions between the client and Allicient Built Developments.

A final invoice is issued and the property is handed over to the client.

The project is now complete.
